When we are asked to price custom web-site programming, we first must specify all aspects of the functionality that will be provided, including the flow of information and events. Due to the time involved, this is a cost-based consulting service. Based on this planning (which will involve you, the client in a collaborative role), we'll deliver written specs and a comprehensive no-obligation proposal and cost estimate. You are free to use these specs to obtain apples-to-apples estimates from other vendors if you wish.
